• Up to $150,000.00 in fines and costs.

License:

• 3 Year revocation.
• Reinstatement of license is not automatic.
• You are not eligible for a work permit during the period of revocation.

Counseling:

• Mandatory substance abuse evaluation.
• You must comply with recommendations.

Probation:

• Up to ten years!

Other Requirements:

• Use of an Ignition Interlock Device.
• Community Service.
• Attend one or more Mothers Against Drunk Driving Victim Panel sessions.

Class 6 Felony DUI – Aggravated DUI Penalties

Jail:
