• 45 days to 6 months.
• Minimum of 45 consecutive days in jail. The court may suspend up to 31 days in jail.

Second Offense “Super Extreme” DUI Penalties

Jail:

• 6 months in jail – mandatory.
• 90 days must be served consecutively.

• Approximately $10,500.00 in fines, court fees, and jail costs.

License:

• 1 Year revocation.
• The reinstatement of a license is not automatic.
• You may be eligible for a to-and-from work permit during the period of revocation.
