Extreme DUI Attorney in Scottsdale, AZ

If you've been arrested for a DUI, your blood alcohol concentration determines, in large part, what your DUI charge will be.

You will be charged with an Extreme DUI if your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) exceeds .15% and less than .20%

If your BAC is .20% or higher, you'll be charged with a Super Extreme DUI.

The blood alcohol concentration in the .08% to .15% range is a normal First Offense DUI or DUI Second Offense charge.
